Remember Your College Fight Song! - A True DUI Story

A San Diego colleague reports of a driver stopped for running a "stale" yellow/red light. There
was no odor of alcohol, and the only objective symptom was "slightly slurred speech" -- and the driver's admission of "two beers." Here's the Officer's report:

"I saw a Virginia Tech cap on the front seat with a "VT" logo on the front of it. I asked the driver
if he was a Virginia Tech fan and he said that he was. I told him that the Hokies have the best entrance of any football team. He looked at me with a confused look. I told him that the football team takes the field to Metallica's "Enter Sandman." He appeared to not have any idea what I was saying. Since he forgot about the Hokie's entrance song, I felt that he may have been under the influence and decided to evaluate him."

A word to the wise... Avoid arrest... REMEMBER YOUR ALMA MATER's FIGHT SONG! ;>)
