SEEKONK, Mass. —
Seekonk police have arrested an East Providence man on his 11th DUI charge.
Police say Vernon Perry was driving above the speed limit on Taunton Ave. early Saturday morning.Â Perry allegedly crossed over the solid double yellow center lines.
Perry was given several field sobriety tests and reportedly failed the tests according to police.Â He was arrested and booked at the Seekonk Police Department.
Perry was charged with operating under the influence, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, speeding and failure to stay within marked lanes.
He will be arraigned in Taunton District Court Monday.
