A 42-year-old Felton man was charged with his fifth DUI after he crashed into a car Thursday and then rammed a police cruiser, according to Delaware State Police.
Billy J. England was driving his 1997 Ford F-150 on Millchop Lane approaching Peachtree Run east of Woodside just before 5 p.m. when he rear-ended a 1992 Crown Victoria driven by 17-year-old Deborah Windsor, of Frederica, who was stopped at a stop sign, police said.
England left the scene and witnesses followed him, according to police. After troopers spotted him, England allegedly put his truck in reverse and crashed into the marked cruiser.
