Milton police arrested a 30-year-old Lincoln man Dec. 11 in connection with DUI and traffic offenses after they stopped him for speeding.
The man was speeding in a minivan and when police pulled him over they smelled alcohol and saw an open alcoholic beverage inside, said Lt. John Cornwell of the Milton Police Department.
Police arrested Robert R. Collazo and charged him with criminal impersonation, drinking while driving, driving while suspended/revoked, failure to have insurance in possession, suspended registration, speed and local fugitive. He was released on $1,900 unsecured bond pending a future court date.
